# DotMock Terms of Service

The Terms govern DotMock accounts, subscriptions, monthly usage-balance grants, purchased reloads, provider-backed authoring, runtime metering, acceptable use, customer content, service changes, termination, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms.

## Billing summary
- Annual subscriptions are billed annually and receive twelve full monthly usage-balance grants.
- Included balance expires at the next monthly grant and does not roll over.
- Purchased balance expires after 12 months.
- Usage balance is non-transferable service credit with no cash or withdrawal value.
- Optional auto-reload is subject to the cap configured by a team administrator.
